Soberbuzz Scotland

SoberBuzz Scotland is a growing alcohol-free community founded by Kirsty Mulcahy, created to offer connection, support, and real-life social spaces for people exploring life with less or no alcohol.

It is not a recovery group and there is no expectation to be sober. SoberBuzz is for anyone who is curious, questioning, or simply looking for something different.

Through events, workshops, and relaxed meetups, SoberBuzz creates spaces where people can socialise without alcohol and still feel confident, included, and themselves. From beach walks and coffee meetups to structured workshops, the focus is on connection, conversation, and community.

At its heart, SoberBuzz challenges the idea that alcohol is required for fun, confidence, or belonging. It offers a refreshing alternative, one where people can show up as they are, meet like-minded others, and experience what socialising can feel like without alcohol at the centre of it.
